It's a lil bit of Heaven... Tempura Heaven

 I love tempura foods... any and all! so when the opportunity came up to make nothing but... you know i jumped right on that train!! 

Tempura batter: 
- 1 Qt of Club Soda, Cold ( might want to keep on ice bath while cooking) 
In a large bowl, whisk club soda into rice flour until a pancake batter consistency is achieved.

Then I decided to do; 
-Green Beans
- Asparagus
- Onions
- Tofu 
- Mushrooms
- Zucchini
- Shrimp
Sauce 1: Sesame Soy Plum-ish Sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
rice vinegar
plus sauce
Sugar
Soy Sauce
There was no rhyme nor reason to my sauce making. I basically toasted the sesame seeds and added them to 1/3 of the bottle of plum sauce, added some soy and rice vinegar and added a lil bit of sugar... whisked it all together and Voila.. a mighty tasty dipping sauce! 
Sauce 2 : Ginger Lemon Mayo
1/2 cup of low fat Mayo
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
lemon zest
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
mix and dip!! 
Not the HEALTHIEST of meals.... but it sure is one of the tastiest!!
