I'm so stoked to tell you that the 'fast food' chain Chipotle... Denver based of course... will be expanding it's empire this Summer with the addition of....
That's right folks.. Chipotle will be taking it's healthier side of thinking to Asian food. It is inspired by the traditional shophouses found throughout Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.. to be more exact.
With the same service line ability to customize your meal... it should provide the same success as it's Tex Mex predecessor.
Look for it in D.C. (yeah boo to that) during the summer of 2011... and please.. if you do.. let me know what you think!!
